I’ve had a wand for a very long time and it was made from a fallen white oak. It and it’s twin stood in our back yard like a gateway. When it fell the impact shook the house making the china downstairs rattle in the cabinets; and almost knocking me out of the bed in the process. It hit the ground hard three times, I would have sworn it was an earthquake. The next day I took two branches from the tree, thanking it for its sacrifice and craved them. Saving one and using the other. This has been my only wand until recently when we visited the Ghost Shop. They had just got in some wards and I actually looking to buy one for Chase if he found one he liked. None of them called to him but when he handed me one, it felt like it was glowing. A happy, light, warm feeling coming from it. I couldn’t put it down and happily took it home with me. I’ve worked with it and it work wonderfully, I believe I’ve found my wand. And I’ve always hoped I’d find that tool that just called to me. It’s made of Rosewood so I thought I give a little info on Rosewood.
- Rosewood symbolizes kindness and good heart.
- Rosewood is also used for divination and love charms.
- Rosewood wands are rare because these wands tend to be very picky.
- Rosewood wand tends to choose one who has a deep inner peace or spirituality
- Rosewood wands are also good for healing magic
